Responsibilities

• Lead a team of technicians in maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement preventative maintenance schedules.
• Manage execution of maintenance tasks with production leadership.
• Identify spare parts for equipment servicing.
• Develop best practices for maintenance to improve uptime.
• Coach and mentor the team to ensure professionalism.
• Utilize root cause analysis to identify failure sources.
