Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Inspect facilities periodically to identify problems and maintenance needs.
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work.
• Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians.
• Oversee installations, repairs or maintenance activities.
• Inspect and maintain building systems including HVAC.
• Contribute to and comply with maintenance budgets.
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate projects and manage vendor relationships.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health regulations.
