TRW Resources is partnering with an established manufacturing organization in Portage, WI, to identify a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who brings strong technical expertise, proven leadership abilities, and the confidence to tackle challenging equipment issues.

We're particularly interested in candidates with plastics manufacturing experience who understand the demands of keeping production equipment running efficiently while mentoring and developing less-experienced technicians.

Qualifications

• Strong industrial maintenance background, preferably in plastics manufacturing.
• Excellent mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience with plastics processing equipment is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to train, mentor and develop maintenance technicians.
• Previous supervisory or lead technician experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support maintenance technicians across four shifts within one manufacturing facility.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issues.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, coaching, and training to maintenance technicians.
• Coordinate daily repairs, preventive maintenance activities, and equipment priorities to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance leadership to keep operations running safely and efficiently.
