Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s degree/technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and facilities equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on plant machines and equipment.
• Install and move production machines and equipment as needed.
• Diagnose and repair machine malfunctions and issues.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and repair equipment and controls.
• Ensure equipment and tools are safe to use and maintained in good working order.
• Operate maintenance shop tools and hand tools; fabricate parts as needed.
• Assist in training entry level team members.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain 6S standards.
• Maintain housekeeping and productivity standards.
