Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, part of Danaher, is seeking a Process Technologist to support production in Indianapolis, IN. You will set up molds and cells, verify EOAT and controls, and keep plastics equipment running reliably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with a plastics manufacturing engineering team and be responsible for diagnosing processing issues, documenting steps for quick recovery, and improving uptime through robust setup practices.

Formación

• Associate degree with relevant experience required.
• Hands-on experience with injection molding and blow molding preferred.
• Comfort using precision measurement tools and safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare molds and cells for production on injection molding and blow molding equipment.
• Configure EOAT, automation handling equipment, temperature control units, and mold controllers.
• Monitor support systems like air compressors and chillers for stable processing conditions.
• Troubleshoot downtime events; diagnose and document issues across molds and machines.
• Collaborate with operators, supervisors and maintenance to stabilize cycles and improve uptime.

You’ll be based on-site in Indianapolis, IN, report to the Process Engineering Technician Supervisor, and collaborate closely with our Plastics Manufacturing Engineering team.What a day looks likePrepare molds and cells for production on a variety of injection molding and injection blow molding machines.Configure and verify EOAT, automation handling equipment, temperature control units, mold controllers, material loaders, and resin dryers.Monitor support systems and utilities such as air compressors and chillers to ensure stable processing conditions.Troubleshoot unplanned downtime events; quickly diagnose, correct, and document processing issues across a range of molds and machines.Partner with operators, fellow process technicians, supervisors, and maintenance to stabilize cycles, improve uptime, and hand off robust setups.What you’ll bringAssociate degree and 1+ year of relevant experience.Comfort working safely with hand and power tools, a multimeter, a tensiometer, and precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, etc.).Sharp problem‑solving skills, clear communication, and a collaborative approach.Where purpose meets processWe serve the life sciences, diagnostics, and biotechnology communities—where time matters most.
