Job summary

West Michigan Compounding (WMC) is hiring Extrusion Operators for 2nd and 3rd shifts in Greenville, MI. You will set up, operate, and monitor extrusion machines to produce continuous filaments, while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency on a fast-paced production floor.

Qualifications

• Prior experience with extrusion equipment or production line operations preferred.
• Must be able to lift 55 lb bags and work on a fast-paced line.
• Adherence to safety practices and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and tend extrusion machines to form filaments.
• Load materials and adjust feed rates to maintain continuous production.
• Perform quality checks and document test results as required.
• Maintain clean work area and follow safety protocols.
