Responsibilities

• Start up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion production equipment.

• Identify and resolve potential production issues proactively.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical components of plastic extrusion lines.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and efficiency.

We are seeking motivated full-time Plastics ExtrusionProcess Technicians (2nd and 3rd Shifts) to support and optimize plastic extrusion production lines. This role is responsible for operating, troubleshooting, and improving key production systems to ensure efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 2 pm-10 pm (Monday-Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 10 pm-6 am (Sunday-Thursday Night)

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience operating plastic and extrusion lines (preferred but not required)
• Experience with line startup, troubleshooting, and process optimization
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
