Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Greenville, Ohio is seeking an experienced 1st shift CNC Operator. You will set up, run and monitor all machinery, ensure safety and ISO compliance, prep materials, and maintain records. The role requires CNC and plastics experience, strong problem solving, and the ability to work independently.

We offer a temp-to-hire opportunity with a Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM schedule and weekly pay via direct deposit. A dedicated recruiter will assist your career goals.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years CNC experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, starts and runs machinery, checking controls for adherence to procedures and ISO standards.
• Ensure polymer resin preparation, material modifications, and accurate data collection.
• Maintain process conditions and all required paperwork or records.
• Provide support to new product design and process development.
• Weigh ingredients to meet recipe specs and insert into machinery or ensure correct ingredients are delivered.
