AtWork Group is hiring experienced CNC Operators for a great 4-day work week opportunity in Greeneville, TN. The role offers a consistent first-shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime available and weekly pay.

Ideally, candidates have CNC operating experience, can read basic blueprints, and use standard measuring tools. The position requires lifting up to 40 lbs and working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC operating experience required.
• Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and measurements.
• Ability to use basic measuring tools.
• Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery safely and efficiently according to production requirements.
• Set up and load machines with materials and tooling.
• Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and production specifications.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required specifications.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Perform basic machine cleaning and routine maintenance.
• Identify machine or product issues and report problems to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and production procedures.
