AllSearch Professional Staffing is seeking an Automation Technician for an on-site role in Lodi, CA. The position focuses on integration, repair, and refurbishment of injection molding automation equipment, robotics, and packaging machinery.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with robots and automation in a plastic injection molding environment, plus skills in diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Plastics injection molding experience preferred.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of robots and automation equipment.
• Experience with electrical and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair packaging equipment and robotic systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on 3-axis robots and automation components.
• Troubleshoot AC/DC electrical circuits using a multimeter.
• Inspect pneumatic systems including Venturi vacuum setups.
• Assist with installation, maintenance, and refurbishment of equipment.
• Provide reports on equipment performance to supervisors.
• Maintain maintenance records and safety data sheets.
