Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to lay out dimensions.
• Ability to read and use tape measures.
• Ability to operate plastic fabrication tools with minimal supervision.
• Experience in fabrication, mechanical assembly, plastic welding and related work.
• Experience welding polypropylene PP, HDPE, PVDF & PVC plastics.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate plastic items using welding, drilling, and sawing.
• Read and interpret technical drawings.
• Ensure on-time delivery of products.
• Set-ups and maintain welding equipment.
• Adhere to safety and quality requirements.
• Assist in boxing finished components for storage or shipment.
• Handle drawings/work orders and material flow at workstation.
• Perform test welds and prepare test samples.
