Join Our Team as a Plastic Welder/Fabricator at Landscape Structures

We are seeking a skilled Plastic Welder/Fabricator to join our team. This role involves fabricating, welding, and finishing custom products and assemblies according to specifications, utilizing various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, the ability to read schematics, operate fabrication tools, and ensure quality standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Perform PVC/Poly Pro welding as part of fabrication.
• Assemble mechanical systems and products following blueprints.
• Weld, glue, and build components made of stainless steel, fiberglass, and plastics.
• Read measurements, cut materials per blueprints, and uphold quality standards.
• Operate power tools and fabrication equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to wear safety equipment and follow safety procedures.

Compensation: The hourly rate ranges from $22.00 to $26.00, with potential for growth, profit-sharing, and bonuses. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, disability, paid time off, holidays, 401(k), and employee stock ownership plan.
