Job summary

Straub Benioff Medical Center in Honolulu seeks an experienced RN to join the Plastic Surgery department. You will assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care, working closely with a charge nurse and evolving into charge nurse duties over time.

Current Hawai‘i RN license and BLS CPR card are required; two years of specialty RN experience is preferred. This is a full-time, day-shift position offered through Hawaii Pacific Health.

Qualifications

• Current Hawai‘i Registered Nurse License.
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR card.
• Two years recent RN experience in a nursing specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing services in Straub Benioff Medical Center's Plastic Surgery department through assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of patient care.
• Function as an associate to a charge nurse and gradually assume charge nurse responsibilities with time.
• Deliver high-quality care with excellent patient communication and collaboration with the care team.
