Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of clerical experience with emphasis on good communication and adaptability.
• Preferred: 2–3 years in an outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with department directors, supervisors and leads to support clinic-wide operational activities.
• Provide optimal administrative staffing support and manage staffing functions per labor agreements and hospital policies.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills to deliver high-quality patient care.
