Job summary

Endeavor Health's plastic and reconstructive surgery practice in Northbrook, IL seeks a Physician Assistant (APN/PA) to join a team of experienced plastic surgeons. This outpatient-based role offers high clinical autonomy and opportunities in postoperative care, office procedures, and select operating room cases.

You will evaluate new patients, manage wounds, assist in surgery, and coordinate daily clinical activities. A master's degree, IL APN/PA licensure, and BLS/CPR are required.

Qualifications

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in IL.
• Masters-level education in the specialty area.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• APNs must have first assist certification for this role.

Responsibilities

• Postoperative care for reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.
• Office-based procedures and select outpatient consultations.
• Manage pain, wounds, drains, and identify complications.
• Assist in OR procedures 2–3 times per month as surgical first assistant.
• Coordinate daily clinical operations and supervise staff.
