Endeavor Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery practice in a hybrid, predominantly outpatient role. The PA will handle postoperative care, new consultations, and office-based procedures with occasional OR involvement, collaborating with attending surgeons in Northbrook, Evanston, and Highland.

The role requires IL APN/PA licensure, DEA, and a master’s degree, with BLS/CPR and first assist certification expected.

Formación

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required; Federal DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required.
• Education: Completion of master’s level program in specialty area
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification required
• Experience: Prior APN/PA experience in plastic surgery or breast surgery preferred
• APNs must have first assist certification for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide postoperative care for a broad range of reconstructive and aesthetic procedures.
• Independent evaluation and management of selected new patient consultations.
• Perform office-based procedures and coordinate daily clinical operations.
• Occasional surgical case assistance in the OR (2–3 times per month) as first assistant.
• Oversee nursing staff and medical assistants’ daily activities; support aesthetic services as applicable.
