Job summary

Clevens Face and Body Specialists is seeking a Medical Assistant for a Plastic Surgery & MedSpa office in Melbourne, FL. This full-time role (also some part-time) supports patients throughout visits under physician supervision, with varied hours (8am-7pm, etc.).

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of related experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Office locations include Melbourne, Viera, and Merritt Island.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 year experience; preference given to derm, plastic surgery or aesthetics.
• HIPAA and OSHA compliance understanding.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Professional patient interaction throughout visits.
• Handle administrative tasks including answering phones and emails.
• Direct patient flow and assist with exam rooms.
• Enter medical data into patient charts and upload photos.
• Schedule appointments and maintain exam room cleanliness.
• Attend staff meetings and assist with post-op patient care.
