Job summary

Paramus, New Jersey-based plastic surgery practice seeks a highly skilled Plastic Surgeon to join a well-established team. The role emphasizes breast reconstruction, facial rejuvenation, microsurgery, and body contouring, with surgeries performed at local hospitals and centers.

The candidate should have an MD, be board certified or eligible in plastic surgery, and have fellowship training in microsurgery. Monday–Friday daytime schedule with varying hours.

Qualifications

• MD degree from an accredited medical school and board eligibility/board certification in plastic surgery.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited plastic surgery residency.
• Fellowship training in microsurgery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform reconstructive and cosmetic procedures with emphasis on breast reconstruction and facial surgery.
• Lead microsurgical and DIEP flap procedures; ensure patient safety and excellent outcomes.
• Perform consultations, create treatment plans, and provide postoperative care.
• Collaborate with nurses, anesthesiologists, and staff; participate in marketing and education.
