Job summary

Summit Health Medical Group is actively recruiting a Board Certified/Board Eligible Plastic Surgeon in New Jersey to develop a reconstructive and cosmetic practice with emphasis on breast reconstruction. Microsurgery experience or fellowship is a plus and would enable rapid practice growth.

The role offers access to two modern surgery centers and a well-managed, fully staffed operation, with a transparent compensation structure and generous growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Board-certified/board-eligible plastic surgeon with interest in breast reconstruction.
• Microsurgery experience and/or fellowship is a plus.
• Compensation is highly competitive with starting salary and upside potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop a well-rounded reconstructive and cosmetic practice with emphasis on breast reconstruction.
• Collaborate with an established department across four offices and five plastic surgeons.
