Job summary

Novant Health Plastic Surgery Autumn Hall in coastal North Carolina seeks a Board Eligible/Board Certified Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon with a strong interest in microsurgery, breast reconstruction and cosmetic surgery. The role offers broad scope in facial aesthetics and Mohs reconstruction, with a collaborative team environment.

The practice is supported by APPs and residents and provides a generous salary package, relocation assistance, CME allowance and system-wide Epic EMR.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeon with microsurgery interest.
• Experience in breast reconstruction and cosmetic surgery.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Perform microsurgical breast reconstruction and other breast/body procedures.
• Conduct facial aesthetic surgery and Mohs reconstruction as needed.
• Collaborate with APPs and residents to deliver patient-centered care.
• Participate in program development and trauma services as the department evolves.
