Job summary

IU Health Medical Group – South Region in Bloomington is seeking two Board Eligible or Board Certified Plastic Surgeons to grow a comprehensive plastic surgery program with strong institutional backing. This full‑time opportunity emphasizes a 100% clinical practice in a supportive multi‑specialty environment.

Open to experienced surgeons, new graduates, and finishing fellows, with emphasis on program development and collaborative care across services, including breast oncology, ENT, and trauma

Qualifications

  • Board eligible or board certified in plastic surgery.
  • Completion of plastic surgery residency/fellowship.
  • Eligibility for Indiana medical licensure.
  • Open to experienced surgeons, new graduates, and finishing fellows.
  • Interest in program development and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and grow a broad reconstructive and procedural plastic surgery practice.
  • Collaborate with ENT, cardiothoracic and vascular, orthopedics, and general surgery teams.
  • Develop clinical service lines and build referral networks.
  • Support education and multidisciplinary patient care within IU Health.
