Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive evaluations and follow-up care for patients.
• Document clinical encounters accurately in the EMR.
• Communicate treatment plans clearly with patients and families.

Education

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
