Baylor Scott and White Health is seeking a BC/BE Plastic Surgeon to join our Plastic Surgery care program in Waco, TX. This employed position offers a generous benefits package, work-life balance, a competitive salary, productivity bonus, moving allowance, and no state income tax.

We seek a dedicated team player with a positive work/training history, focused on quality, and able to collaborate effectively with referring physicians, agencies, and other professionals to deliver optimal patient care within our award-winning healthcare system.

This role covers all aspects of microsurgery and reconstruction, including:

• Post-oncologic breast reconstruction
• Head and neck reconstruction
• Trauma reconstruction of trunk and extremities
• Lymphatic surgery
• Body contouring
• Hand and cosmetic surgery

Our team of plastic surgeons, physician assistants, and nurses are dedicated to helping patients achieve their desired outcomes.
