Skilled Wound Care in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Plastic Surgeon to advance wound healing through debridement, bedside procedures and advanced dressings.

This on-site role offers a no-call Monday–Friday schedule, per-patient and per-procedure pay, quarterly bonuses and no practice overhead. MD/DO with unrestricted California license and DEA eligibility are required; comprehensive wound care training is provided.

• Advanced dressings and specialized wound protocols
• Collaborative care in skilled nursing facilities and the post-acute setting, where you follow patients through healing

Plastic Surgeon Salary & Compensation

Average Annual Earnings: 200,000-250,000 (no earning cap as an independent contractor)

High Achievers: Top performers earn $300,000+ through performance bonuses

Pay Structure: Per-patient and per-procedure pay, plus quarterly bonus programs

Plastic Surgeon Requirements

• Medical Degree: MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Medical License: Unrestricted/clear medical license in the state of practice (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA License: Or eligibility to obtain one
• Open Background: We welcome Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and surgeons of all backgrounds, as well as Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians. No previous wound care experience is required; we provide comprehensive wound care training
