• Share call duties; no hand call or trauma center requirements.

Role

A BE/BC Plastic Surgeon is sought to join a collaborative, well-established practice offering reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, including elective breast surgery, breast reconstruction, gender-affirming top surgery, and body contouring. The practice supports a robust microsurgical breast reconstruction program with dedicated OR time and experienced microsurgical support.

Responsibilities

Providing comprehensive plastic surgery care, including consultations, mild to moderate burn care, and reconstructive referrals. Shared call duties are balanced among surgeons, with no hand call or trauma center requirements. The role includes maintaining a diverse practice, participating in medical education, and working within a supportive team supported by skilled PAs.

Qualifications & Skills

Board eligibility or certification, eligibility for or current CA medical license. Ideal candidates are comfortable evaluating and rounding on free flap patients; microsurgery experience is preferred but not mandatory unless fellowship-trained.
