Qualifications

• Perform high-volume breast reduction, reconstruction, transgender top surgery, and complex reconstructions.
• Provide care for general reconstructive problems and develop a cosmetic practice.
• Rounding, evaluating, and participating in call duties; microusurgery experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Collaborate with fellowship-trained microsurgeons and a PA-C, sharing patient care responsibilities.
• Work across multiple campuses with flexible scheduling and varied patient mix.

Job description

Seeking a Board-Certified or Eligible Plastic Surgeon to join a collaborative, group practice focused on diverse surgical procedures.

Responsibilities Include

• Performing high-volume breast reduction, reconstruction, transgender top surgery, and complex reconstructive surgeries such as sarcoma, chest wall reconstructions, and orthopaedic trauma.
• Providing care for general reconstructive problems and developing a cosmetic practice.
• Rounding, evaluating, and participating in call duties; comfortable with free flap evaluation (microsurgery experience preferred but not mandatory).
• Collaborating with a team of fellowship-trained microsurgeons and a PA-C, sharing patient care responsibilities evenly.
• Working across multiple campuses, with flexibility to manage a varied patient mix aligned with existing practice patterns.

Qualifications And Skills

• Board certification or eligibility in plastic surgery.
• Current or eligible CA medical license.
• Comfort with a broad scope of plastic surgery, including breast, reconstructive, and some cosmetic procedures.
• Ability to work collegially within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
