Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Plastic Surgery with a focus on Reconstructive Surgery.
• Current state medical license and DEA registration.
• Proven experience in performing complex reconstructive surgeries.
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' medical histories and perform comprehensive physical examinations to determine the need for reconstructive surgery.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' specific conditions, medical history, and desired outcomes.
• Perform surgical procedures to reconstruct or repair defects in the face, hands, breasts, and extremities.
• Utilize microvascular, tissue expansion, and flap reconstruction techniques to achieve optimal results.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care and outcomes.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care, monitor progress, manage pain, and address complications.
