Qualifications

• Experienced plastic surgeon, 3+ years preferred.
• Residency-trained in Plastic Surgery; microvascular fellowship a plus.
• Strong passion for breast reconstruction and focused microvascular caseload.
• Practice mix: 90% general plastic surgery, 10% microvascular work.
• Collaborative, multidisciplinary approach and strong referral relationships.
