Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Forklift certification and training required.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and maintain accurate production records.
• Basic math skills, including working with measurements, decimals, fractions, and quality control data.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery to manufacture rigid plastic containers.
• Start and stop machines and assist with material changes and equipment changeovers.
• Perform routine machine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and basic adjustments.
• Inspect products using visual checks and quality testing equipment.
• Pack finished products into cartons and stack cartons for shipment.
• Operate forklifts to move materials safely.
• Monitor production and identify defective or out-of-spec products.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all GMP, SQF, food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Report equipment, production, and quality issues to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
