Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Product Test Engineer to develop, execute, and supervise testing of plastic containers. You will analyze data and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring equipment is calibrated and documented. You will mentor others and contribute to growth culture across ORBIS.

Travel ~10% for production trials and customer evaluations. The role emphasizes maintaining testing procedures, collaborating with a Lab Manager, and promoting a One ORBIS

Qualifications

• Associate degree and experience in plastic product testing
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical) preferred
• Experience may be considered in lieu of education

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of product testing, including procedures, data analysis, and reporting
• Prioritize and communicate value-adding testing opportunities
• Support multiple functions as a technical resource on product performance-related issues
• Maintain up-to-date testing procedures based on industry standards
• Coordinate external testing through technical collaboration, quotation, and transport of samples
• Participate in production trials and customer evaluations to identify testing improvement opportunities
• Adhere to ISO quality procedures and processes
• Promote teamwork and a “One” ORBIS mentality
