POLYRAM USA-CREATIVE FUNCTIONAL POLYMERS, LLC is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and ensure product quality across manufacturing operations. The role requires hands-on work in a production environment and close collaboration with the production team.

You will develop and monitor processes, analyze data, run DOE-driven trials, and lead improvement projects while training operators and supporting both remote and on-site customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in plastics or related engineering field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on willingness to work in production environment.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor processes to enhance production efficiency.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Support production to meet company goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues with the production team.
• Design and implement process control systems and ensure engineering standards compliance.
• Conduct trials of new materials and processes to evaluate feasibility and performance.
• Lead engineering projects with DOE implementation and conclusions.
• Collaborate with R&D and Quality Assurance to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Train operators and technical staff on new processes and innovations.
• Provide customer support both remotely and at customer facilities.
