Qualifications

• Experience in polymer compounding, mixing, extrusion, coating, or calendaring preferred.
• Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Analysis, and 5S are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate manufacturing equipment for processing capabilities.
• Statistically analyze product performance against customer specifications.
