Qualifications

• Experience with measuring devices is a plus.
• Willingness to learn safety, OSHA, and ISO 9001 training.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic molding machines (compression or injection) to mold materials.
• Load raw materials and set machine controls per specifications.
• Inspect finished products for defects and participate in quality improvements.
• Maintain production records and quality assurance data.
• Perform routine cleaning, setup, and minor mold changes as required.
• Occasionally assist with multiple machines and overtime as needed.
