Job summary

Pretium Packaging in Ohio is hiring multiple Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. You will set up and operate plastic molding equipment, monitor performance, and perform routine maintenance while inspecting finished products to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating plastic molding machines preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines according to established procedures.
• Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and make adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products for quality and make adjustments as necessary.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow established safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Other duties as assigned.
