Job summary

Pretium Packaging in Troy, AL is seeking detail-oriented operators to keep our plastics molding lines running smoothly. You will set up equipment, monitor runs, and adjust settings to maintain quality and throughput in a fast-paced production environment.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, inspect finished parts, diagnose issues, manage raw materials, and uphold safety and cleanliness. This full-time role offers competitive pay, benefits, and direct-hire stability in a growing plastics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hands-on plastics molding experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plastics manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Mechanical aptitude; technical background with packaging, plastics, or printing equipment.
• Confidence reading technical drawings.
• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
• Resourceful problem-solver.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
