Commercial Plastics is seeking a dedicated cleaner to maintain a safe, orderly manufacturing floor. You will remove oil and debris, keep presses and adjacent areas clean, and help meet uptime goals.

Follow safety, quality and ISO procedures; demonstrate reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.

Physical demands include lifting up to 55 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in a hot environment with cleaning chemicals.

Formación

• HS Diploma or GED.
• No Experience required but would prefer previous factory experience.
• Understands and adheres to departmental work instructions, company policies and ISO standards.
• Demonstrates urgency with cleaning spills and leaks (oil leaks from presses).
• Exhibits strong communication skills and asks for guidance when needed.
• Shows self-motivation related to safety and teamwork.
• Follows safe work practices and facility safety requirements.
• Demonstrates accountability and sound judgement.
• Excellent interpersonal and self-motivation skills.
• Works well with others to complete tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Ensures safety, quality and customer satisfaction standards are met or exceeded.
• Maintains an excellent attendance record.
• Recommends safety improvements to reduce cost and maximize profitability.
• Works independently with self-direction.
• Keeps floors free of oil and safe for all personnel.
• Keeps areas around presses clean.
• Notifies management about repairs or concerns about the facility.
• Performs other assignments as required.
