Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding machines to produce quality plastic parts.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Trim excess plastic and prepare products for packaging and shipment.
• Load raw materials into machines and maintain continuous production.
• Monitor machine operation and report equipment issues to supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily production goals with quality and accuracy.
• Learn and apply machine operation, quality control, and basic troubleshooting.
