Responsibilities

• Safely operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment.

• Perform assembly tasks and secondary operations.
• Inspect, measure, and evaluate product quality to meet specs.
• Document inspection results and report issues to supervision.
• Maintain materials for production and support recycling and grinding processes.
• Package finished products according to work instructions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, quality, shipping, and materials teams to meet goals.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
