Job summary

Pretium Packaging, L.L.C. is hiring for 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift to support plastic molding operations in Carrollton, TX. You’ll set up and operate molding machines, review the production plan, and bring equipment online to spec.

You’ll monitor performance, ensure quality, follow safety procedures, perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and keep the workstation clean and organized to help deliver orders on time.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate plastic molding machines following established procedures and specifications.
• Continuously monitor machines in cycle, verify proper operation, and adjust parameters when needed to maintain performance.
• Perform routine maintenance and basic preventative tasks to keep equipment running optimally.
• Inspect finished parts, confirm quality standards, and make process tweaks to correct any variances.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues quickly to minimize downtime.
• Track raw material levels and notify your supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, orderly work area throughout the shift.
• Other duties as assigned.
