Qualifications

• 4+ years experience operating plastic injection molding machines.
• Ability to read drawings and interpret tolerances.
• Proficient in lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate, load, unload material and parts; prove programs; set offsets; inspect parts.
• Read drawings, manuals, specs to determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Perform minor maintenance and adjustments.
• Maintain safe working environment.
• Detect malfunctions and adjust machines to ensure part quality.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Collaborate effectively as a team member.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
