Qualifications

• 4+ years experience operating plastic injection molding machines.

Responsibilities

• Operate, load/unload material, prove programs, set offsets, and inspect parts.
• Read drawings/specs to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished parts.
• Perform minor maintenance and adjustments on machines.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjust controls to ensure quality.
• Keep equipment and work area clean and organized.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Support related processes as needed (cutting, drilling, sanding, etc.).
• Be a team player and adapt to changing requirements; willingness to overtime.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Plastic Injection Mold Technician

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operating, loading and unloading material and parts, proving programs, operating controls, setting offsets, and inspection ofparts
• Read and interpret drawings, manuals, specifications, or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished parts
• Perform minor maintenance, repairs and adjustments on machines
• Take all needed precautions to maintain a safe working environment
• Detect equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjusts machine, controls to ensure quality of parts
• Responsible for keeping equipment and work area clean and organized
• Perform basic preventative maintenance functions on equipment
• Using other process as needed such as: cutting, drilling, sanding, grinding shearing, sawing, bending, packaging, and tapping, as needed.
• Willingness to embrace changing requirements while encouraging others to seek innovative and swift approaches.
• Ability to function effectively as a team player
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including overtime, as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience Operating Plastics Injection Moldingmachine
• Ability to handle repetitive lifting while using proper lifting techniques
• Experience in reading blueprints and adjusting machine to necessary settings
• Ability to lift-up to 50+ lbs. repeatedly
• Ability to work overhead, and standing up constantly throughout the day
• Able to read drawings and cut parts to specification.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
