Job summary

FM Corporation is seeking Mold Processors to join their Rogers, AR team. Earn up to $60,000 per year with hourly pay between $21.47 and $21.77, plus quarterly bonuses.

The role offers a four-day workweek on a 10-hour schedule (5:30 AM–4:00 PM or 3:45 PM–2:15 AM) and opportunities for overtime and career growth. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of injection molding experience and can independently startup and adjust molding processes.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of injection molding experience.
• Experience independently starting up and adjusting molding processes.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform injection molding machine startups, process adjustments, and production support activities.
• Establish and maintain approved process parameters to meet quality and production requirements.
• Monitor molding processes and make adjustments to maintain consistent production and product quality.
• Troubleshoot routine molding, quality, and production issues and elevate complex problems when necessary.
• Monitor and improve cycle times, scrap reduction, and overall process performance.
• Start-up equipment, clean molding equipment, and stabilize processes for production.
• Ensure molded parts meet established quality requirements and specifications.
• Support new product launches, sample runs, and process improvement initiatives.
• Operate and monitor multiple molding machines as production requirements dictate.
• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced Mold Processor II employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Independently perform injection molding machine startups, process adjustments, and production support activities.
• Establish and maintain approved process parameters to meet quality and production requirements.
• Monitor molding processes and make adjustments to maintain consistent production and product quality.
• Troubleshoot routine molding, quality, and production issues and elevate complex problems when necessary.
• Monitor and improve cycle times, scrap reduction, and overall process performance.
• Start-up equipment, clean molding equipment, and stabilize processes for production.
• Ensure molded parts meet established quality requirements and specifications.
• Support new product launches, sample runs, and process improvement initiatives.
• Operate and monitor multiple molding machines as production requirements dictate.
• Assist with training and mentoring less experienced Mold Processor I employees.
• Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering to resolve issues and support manufacturing objectives.
• Interpret work instructions, process documentation, and approved process parameters.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all required PPE and safety procedures.
• Demonstrate regular and reliable attendance and flexibility to support production needs.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
