Job summary

ManpowerGroup's client in Wheaton, MN is seeking a Plastic Injection Mold Operator to support the production department. You will operate molding presses, monitor quality, and maintain a clean, safe work area while meeting production quotas.

This role offers on-site training and growth opportunities within a dynamic plastics manufacturing environment, with a daytime shift Monday through Thursday and a starting pay of about $20 per hour.

Qualifications

• Operate plastic injection molding presses to produce parts.
• Ensure finished parts meet customer specifications and adhere to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning vacuum systems and clearing alarms.
• Inspect and package parts accurately, maintaining production quotas.
• Follow all safety protocols to promote a safe work environment for all team members.
