Staffmark is seeking a Plastics Injection Press Operator in Wheaton, MN. This role operates plastic injection molding presses, monitors quality, and supports safe, efficient production to meet schedules and customer requirements. You will read work instructions and production schedules, perform routine machine checks, and maintain records.

The job emphasizes safety, teamwork, and a strong mechanical aptitude. High school diploma or GED preferred; additional technical training is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical training or manufacturing education is beneficial.
• Experience operating manufacturing or production equipment.
• Ability to read work instructions, production schedules, and basic technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic injection molding presses in a safe and efficient manner.
• Inspect, package, and maintain quality standards for high-volume production parts.
• Clean vacuum systems, clear machine alarms, and purge presses as needed.
• Maintain required production output rates.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Monitor production processes and report safety or quality concerns.
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with team members to support production goals.
