Steinwall, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler in Minnesota to compile and maintain plastic resin, finished goods inventory, and status information to support efficient movement of materials between production areas.

The role involves reading schedules and work orders, transferring materials, verifying identifications, and preparing resins for production. A high school diploma or GED is required, with injection molding experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior plastic injection molding experience preferred.
• Stable work history with reliable attendance.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and perform basic math.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic keyboarding and computer skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules, inventories, and work orders to determine material type and quantity required.
• Ensure transfer of materials from stock to production areas.
• Verify identifications, weights, and moisture levels to maintain material integrity.
• Prepare and dry plastic resin to specifications.
• Set up and maintain material equipment for production runs.
• Mix resins and colorants as required.
• Stage materials at workstations and assist in grinding scrap plastic parts.
• Operate grinders and maintain drying/ grinding equipment.
• Assist in press operations as needed.
