Job summary

Parallel Employment Group is seeking a Manufacturing Assembler to tend plastic injection equipment, assemble products, label, palletize, and prepare items for inspection and packaging. This role requires attention to detail and accurate paperwork for transfers between departments.

Shifts pay hourly starting at $17.13, with increases for attendance and performance. A 30‑day perfect attendance bonus of $0.25 and a first 80 hours bonus of $25 are offered, with biweekly pay for consistent attendance.

Qualifications

• Basic math and ability to perform simple calculations.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using specification sheets.
• Inspect and palletize rejected product for grinding.
• Pack products into boxes and prepare for shipment or case packs.
• Complete paperwork to ensure inventory and production records are accurate.
• Clean and maintain a tidy work area and report issues to line lead.
