Job summary

MMI Engineered Solutions is seeking a Press Operator-C shift in Warren, MI to support manufacturing operations. You will operate press equipment, review quality specs, and perform first-piece inspections to ensure parts meet standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to follow instructions, and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any quality issues

NEW STARTING RATE: $17-19/Hour

We are currently seeking a Press Operator-C shift to support our manufacturing operations in Our Facility at Warren, MI. This role is critical to ensuring that high-quality parts are produced according to customer specifications and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate press equipment safely and efficiently

Work Environment & Expectations

• Manufacturing environment that may be hot, noisy, dirty.
• Substantial physical effort - extensive reaching, lifting, stretching, bending and twisting.
• Stop production if the 3-5-10 rule or set process doesn't result in a quality product.

Schedule: C shift

• Week1: Monday till Wednesday: 6:00 pm -12:15 am / Thursday & Friday: 6:00 pm-6:15 am/ Saturday & Sunday: OFF
• Week2: Monday till Wednesday: 6:00 pm -12:15 am / Thursday & Friday: OFF / Saturday & Sunday: 6:00pm-6:15 am
