NEW STARTING RATE: $17-19/Hour

We are currently seeking a Press Operator-D shift to support our manufacturing operations in our facility at Warren, MI. This role is critical to ensuring that high-quality parts are produced according to customer specifications and internal standards. Key Responsibilities

• Operate press equipment safely and efficiently
• Review and interpret quality alerts and part specifications before starting a job
• Perform first‑piece inspections and compare against approved first articles
• Accurately complete production logs, job startup checklists, and operator logs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any quality issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Willingness to adhere to all safety and quality procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Work Environment & Expectations

• Manufacturing environment that may be hot, noisy, dirty.
• Substantial physical effort – extensive reaching, lifting, stretching, bending and twisting.
• Stop production if the 3‑5‑10 rule or set process doesn't result in a quality product.

Schedule: D shift

Week 1: Monday – Wednesday 12:00 am – 6:15 am / Thursday & Friday OFF / Saturday & Sunday 6:00 pm – 6:15 am Week 2: Monday – Wednesday 12:00 am – 6:15 am / Thursday & Friday 6:00 pm – 6:15 am / Saturday & Sunday OFF
