We have a new starting rate of $17-19 per hour.

We are currently seeking a Press Operator-C shift to support our manufacturing operations in our facility at Warren, MI. This role is critical to ensuring that high-quality parts are produced according to customer specifications and internal standards. Key Responsibilities

• Operate press equipment safely and efficiently
• Review and interpret quality alerts and part specifications before starting a job
• Perform first-piece inspections and compare against approved first articles
• Accurately complete production logs, job startup checklists, and operator logs
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations in accordance with environmental and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth shift transitions
• Communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any quality issues

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Willingness to adhere to all safety and quality procedures

Work Environment & Expectations

• Manufacturing environment that may be hot, noisy, and dirty
• Substantial physical effort – extensive reaching, lifting, stretching, bending, and twisting
• Stop production if the 3‑5‑10 rule or set process doesn’t result in a quality product

Schedule: C shift – Week 1: Monday–Wednesday 6:00 pm–12:15 am; Thursday & Friday 6:00 pm–6:15 am; Saturday & Sunday OFF. Week 2: Monday–Wednesday 6:00 pm–12:15 am; Thursday & Friday OFF; Saturday & Sunday 6:00 pm–6:15 am.
