Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a skilled Plastic Fabricator in San Jose, CA to fabricate components from thermoplastics, read blueprints, and support semiconductor equipment assembly. You will work with design engineers to meet strict specifications and operate routers, saws, and drills safely.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in plastic fabrication, good mechanical aptitude, and enjoy teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Occasional travel for field support or installation may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on plastic fabrication, welding, or related manufacturing experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with precision hand and power tools.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

• Cut, bend, weld, and fabricate components from PVC, Polypropylene, PVDF, and Teflon using a variety of hand and power tools


• Read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings to fabricate parts to specification


• Work directly with design engineers to ensure components meet dimensional and quality requirements


• Operate equipment including routers, table saws, drills, and hand tools safely and accurately


• Support the assembly of custom wet bench systems and semiconductor processing equipment


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment


• Participate in occasional domestic travel for field support or installation as needed

What You Bring
